This innovative corporate building project was designed to transform 22 acres of old two-story office complexes and parking, into a modern, efficient campus building with exterior landscape amenities.
S2S team members developed the design documentation from entitlements through Permit and Construction Documents for this impressive technology campus project.
Parking is located underground for efficiency, allowed the new landscape areas to become usable open space for the campus users.
The landscape revisioning creates an oak savannah and a series of meadows with a creek that runs to the East edge of the property.
The landscape provides much needed natural habitat for the area and helps integrate plazas with the buildings.
Regional bike paths extend into the campus and integrate into the pedestrian walkways.
Stormwater is collected, treated and used in the building and landscape as recycled water. The building was designed to be fully electric and utilize solar panels.
